The Bristol 10k is almost upon us so I am holding a Runners' Workshop on Sunday 1 May for all those interested in running, whether in the 10k, other races or for those who generally like to run for fun. You will also learn psychological performance enhancing techniques to help you maximise your performance and be the best you can be.
Then the first of the summer workshops takes place on Saturday 11 June. This workshop is all about the joys of inversion postures so come along to find out what's so exciting and empowering about being upside down for fun!
