18.30-19.30 Deep Stretch & Release Yoga at The Fishponds Academy hall, Station Av, Fishponds. Fed up with tight muscles? Frustrated by aches/stiffness/pains? Want a really deep, effective stretch out?This class will help! Reduce muscle tightness/aches, keep pain and injury-free, feel stretched out, fitter and calmer.

19.45-20.45 Gentle Yoga with Mindfulness at The Fishponds Academy hall. New to yoga or returning after a while? Feel tense? Tight muscles? Stressed, too busy, anxious? Have trouble relaxing? Difficulty sleeping? Want to feel freer in your body, more relaxed and positive? This class will help you stretch out, unwind, feel more relaxed and calmer using gentle yoga, guided mindfulness and other proven relaxation techniques to help you effectively let go of stress, anxiety and body tension so you go home feeling uplifted, lighter in your body and more positive in your mind. No experience necessary.

10.00- 11.00 Fitness Chair Yoga (FROM 1 OCT) at Fishponds Old Library especially designed for those with physical restrictions and/or mobility issues, who want to get fitter, stronger and more mobile but need support. We use chairs and other props so great for wheelchair users too. You will be able to improve strength, mobility, coordination and confidence and feel fitter and more confident. And you’ll have some fun too!

20.15-21.15 Fitness Zen Yoga at Beechwood Club, Beechwood Road, Fishponds will help you to get and keep fit, healthy and balanced and have more calm in your life. You will mindfully increase your fitness, improve your flexibility and balance and build your strength in a safe and sustainable way. And you'll learn how to switch off to get some great relaxation to bring more calm into your life. You can work a your own pace to challenge yourself or to take it really easy, so you get whatever you need from the session. And you will go home feeling good; stretched out and relaxed, and this session will also help promote good sleep!







12.10-12.50 Urban Fitness Yoga at Core Strength Studio, Thomas Ct, Three Queens' Lane, Bristol Centre will help you to take time out during your day to become and keep fitter, more flexible, reduce stiffness, keep injury free and strengthen your body and re-energise.  

17.45- 18.45 Urban Fitness Yoga at Beechwood Club, Beechwood Road, Fishponds, this class will help give you overall flexibility, build your fitness, bring you more strength and balance and relax your mind. You will stretch out tight muscles to reduce aches and stiffness and allow your mind to switch off from everyday work and life stress.

9.30am- 10.30am Zen Fitness Yoga at Beechwood Club, Fishponds. Want to keep fit, healthy and injury-free as time goes on? Want accessible, effective fitness suitable for your body? This is the class for you! You will boost your fitness, improve your flexibility and balance, build your strength and energy levels in a safe, mindful and effective way. So you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and with a spring in your step! Ideal for more mature beginners or those returning to yoga.

18.30- 19.30 Urban Fitness Yoga at The Fishponds Academy hall, Station Av, Fishponds. This friendly, accessible class will help increase your fitness, improve your flexibility, stretch out tight areas to reduce aches and give you calming relaxation to go home feeling relaxed and positive. All are welcome including absolute beginners. 





12.10-12.50 Urban Fitness Yoga at Core Strength Studio, Thomas Ct, Three Queens' Lane, Bristol Centre will help you to become and keep fit and injury free, improve your flexibility and strengthen your body, reduce stiffness, improve your balance, give you time-out  and bring calm to your day. 

All are welcome in all classes; from absolute beginners to long-time practitioners. Please note: If you have any medical issues which may significantly impact on your yoga practice , please call me to discuss further before attending class.
