New workshops in June

I will be running 2 workshops in June; Relax & Unwind on 13 June at The Island Dance Space, Nelson Street, Central Bristol and Yoga Fundamentals on 27 June at Fitness4Less, Union Street, Central Bristol (open to  both members and non-members) and one on 4 July at Core Strength Studios, Three Queen's Lane, Central Bristol.
