This is a relaxed yet powerful workshop designed for those looking to release tension/stresses and strains and to take control to improve their lives. 

You will explore in a comfortable and safe environment yoga postures and somatic movement to help release the muscles and we will integrate, practice and apply personal development principles and techniques to unlock the mind which will help free you to make differences and achieve positive changes.

Deep Release for hips, hamstrings and low back Workshop - Beechwood Club, Fishponds, Bristol

This 2 hour workshop is specifically designed for these common problem areas which means that we will focus on effectively releasing and really stretching out the hips, hamstrings and low back using postures which will ease tension and stiffness bringing relief and openness to those areas. We will also strengthen to bring support and stability to the muscles. You will be given a special handout to use at home to help keep those areas free, strong and in good shape after the session.

Light refreshments will also be provided.

Runners' Workshop - Core Strength Studios, Bristol

For all runners, cyclists and other athletes, especially if you are doing the Bristol 10K in May. This workshop will help stretch and strengthen the body and give you practical tips to take away to keep injury free and in good condition. You will be given help to prepare the mind and boost performance using tried and tested coaching techniques in readiness for the run so you can perform to the absolute best of your abilities.

Detox Yoga & Nutrition Workshop- The Health Hub, Cotham Hill, Bristol

In conjunction with Rosie Letts Nutritionist. You will be treated to invigorating and releasing yoga postures and learn mindfulness breathing techniques to use to de-stress when needed. You will learn how to break up and expel toxins through detoxification, how to raise your energy levels and eliminate gas and bloating with proper whole food nutrition. There will also be nutritious and delicious food and drink to try and recipes for you to try at home.
