Yoga Fundamentals

This workshop is recommended to all seeking to experience yoga for the first time, as well as those looking to revitalise a previous interest, brush up on techniques or generally deepen their understanding of yoga. We will cover classic postures and techniques, breathing methods and basic principles of mindfulness giving a great base for you to develop your practice further.

The workshops is £20 per person and spaces are limited, Payments can be made by cash/cheque payments or bank transfer online via banking (please contact me for details).
