We live busy lives in a frantic world so this workshop is for anyone needing to make space and time for themselves, reconnect with their bodies and quieten their minds. You will experience relaxing, restorative and rejuvenating yoga postures, breathing techniques, some basic stress-relieving mindfulness meditations and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

This workshop is recommended to all seeking to experience yoga for the first time, as well as those looking to revitalise a previous interest, brush up on techniques or generally deepen their understanding of yoga. We will cover classic postures and techniques, breathing methods and basic principles of mindfulness giving a great base for you to develop your practice further.

This workshop will help open and free-up office-bound shoulders. You will gain useful tips and techniques to use at home as well as in a class. Come away from this workshop feeling freer, lighter and more relaxed in the shoulders and upper body.

To prepare for the Festive season, take some time out for yourself and come along to a pampering session which will help you to chill-out, unwind and find quiet and peace just for you. You will be treated to restorative yoga postures, calming mindfulness meditations, relaxing breathing exercises and a head or foot massage to complete your relaxation experience.
