(from as little as £6.50 per class) rather than pay-as-you-go classes as medical and health expert advice is that regular sessions give maximum benefit and we want to help you to commit to your health and wellbeing.
1.10-1.50 Zen Fitness Yoga at Bristol Movement Space, St George. This class brings you unique Zen Yoga with mindfulness designed to help overall wellbeing; your flexibility, your strength, improve your balance and general fitness and relax your mind. You will stretch out and release tight muscles to help keep injury free, develop more energy and allow your mind to switch off from everyday work and life stress. You can challenge yourself or work gently at your own pace. So you'll come out feeling fitter and calmer with more focus and with a bounce in your step! No experience needed. (FROM 14 JAN 2019)
18.30-19.30 Deep Stretch & Release Yoga at The Fishponds Academy hall, Station Av, Fishponds. Fed up with tight muscles? Frustrated by aches/stiffness/pains? Want a really deep, effective stretch out?This class will help! Reduce muscle tightness/aches, keep pain and injury-free, feel stretched out, fitter and calmer.
20.00-21.00 Mindful Yoga & Deep Relaxation at The Fishponds Academy hall. Feel tense? Tight muscles? Stressed/too busy? Anxious? Have trouble relaxing? Difficulty sleeping? Want to feel freer in your body, more relaxed and positive? This class will help you stretch out, unwind, feel more relaxed and calmer using gentle yoga, guided mindfulness and other proven relaxation techniques to help you effectively let go of stress, anxiety and tension so you go home feeling uplifted, lighter in your body and more positive in your mind.
20.15-21.15 Urban Fitness Yoga at Beechwood Club, Beechwood Road, Fishponds, whether you have some or no previous yoga experience this class will help you to become fitter, more flexible, stronger and have more time for you. You can work a your own pace to challenge yourself or to take it really easy, so you get whatever you need from the session. And you will go home feeling stretched out, relaxed and positive

17.45- 18.45 Urban Fitness Yoga at Beechwood Club, Beechwood Road, Fishponds, this class will help give you overall flexibility, build your fitness, bring you more strength and balance and relax your mind. You can challenge yourself or work gently at your own pace. So you'll go home feeling fitter and calmer with a bounce in your stride! No experience needed. Ideal for more mature beginners or those returning to yoga.
9.30am- 10.30am Fit & Fabulous Yoga at Beechwood Club, Fishponds. Fed up with tight, weak muscles? Want to feel fitter and stronger? Want to improve your balance? Want to feel more fabulous as time goes on? This daytime class helps you strengthen tone up, stretch out, improves your balance and gives you an energy boost as well as brings calm to set you up for the rest of your day. So you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and with a spring in your step!

This friendly, accessible class will help increase your fitness, improve your flexibility, stretch out tight areas to reduce aches and give you calming relaxation to go home feeling relaxed and positive. All are welcome including absolute beginners.
