We can help you get fitter, more flexible, stronger, calmer and relaxed when you come to our fitness yoga classes. AND so you can sound it out and see how much you can enjoy yoga and feel the benefits before your sign up to a full membership, you can claim your TASTER SESSION FOR ONLY £5 by clicking here.

Then you CHOOSE A CLASS PACKAGE TO SUIT YOUR FITNESS AND WELLBEING GOALS because expert advice and research shows that regular sessions (rather than one-offs) give maximum benefit so we want to help you to invest in yourself to get and maintain great physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Weekly classes can work out as little as £6.50 per session and you get access to yoga videos and personal consultations as part of your membership that you won’t find anywhere else because our Yoga is about helping you more! 18.00-18.45 Yoga for Fitness, Flexibility & Strength (Bean Tree Cafe, Staple Hill) to tone and strengthen your abdominal muscles (core), help get a stronger and more mobile back, legs, hips & shoulders to get and stay injury-free. Want accessible, effective fitness suitable for your body? This is the class for you! You will improve your flexibility, strength and balance and boost your fitness in an effective, sustainable and mindful way. So you'll come away feeling fitter, stronger and more positive!

19.00-20.00 Deep Stretch & Relax Yoga
(Bean Tree Cafe, Staple Hill) - Fed up with tight muscles? Frustrated by aches/stiffness/pains? Want a really deep, effective stretch out? Also want more relaxation and calm? This class is for you! Reduce muscle tightness/aches, keep pain and injury-free, feel stretched out, fitter and calmer. You’ll enjoy proven restorative yoga and effective techniques to help your body and then guided mindful relation will relax your mind. For all levels. No experience necessary.

10.00am- 11.00am Beginners Yoga for Fitness (Brixham Scala Hall) - Want to keep fit, healthy and injury-free? Want accessible, effective fitness suitable for your body? Want to have fun too? This is the class for you! You will boost your fitness, improve your flexibility and balance, build your strength and energy levels in a safe, mindful and effective way so you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and good! Ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga.

20.15-21.15 Fitness Yoga for Strength & Flexibility (Fishponds Beechwood Club) - Stretch out and get stronger as well as have more calm in your life. You will mindfully increase your fitness, flexibility and build your strength in a safe and sustainable way. And you'll learn how to switch off to get some great relaxation too. You can work a your own pace to challenge yourself or to take it really easy, so you get whatever you need from the session. And you will leave the session feeling good; and this session will also help promote better sleep!

6-7pm Fitness Yoga (Fishponds Beechwood Club)- this class will help give you overall flexibility, build your fitness, bring you more strength and balance and relax your mind. You will stretch out tight muscles to reduce aches and stiffness and allow your mind to switch off from everyday work and life stress.

6-7pm Beginners Yoga for Fitness (Brixham Scala Hall) - To release tightness, get more flexible, stronger, tone up and feel fitter. You will increase your fitness, stretch out and build your strength in a safe and sustainable way. And you can go at your own pace to challenge yourself or to take it really easy. So you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and good! Ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga.


9.30- 10.30am Uplifting Morning Yoga (Fishponds Beechwood Club)- Want to keep fit, healthy and injury-free as time goes on? Want accessible, effective fitness suitable for your body? Want to have fun too? This is the class for you! You will boost your fitness, improve your flexibility and balance, build your strength and energy levels in a safe, mindful and effective way and have some fun. So you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and with a spring in your step! Ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga.

10-11am Over 50s Yoga (Brixham Scala Hall) - Feel restricted? Want to get rid of stiff, tight muscles? Want to be able to do more? Want to feel fitter and good again? This class is specifically designed to help release stiffness and aches, improve balance, increase mobility, flexibility and strength in a gentle and accessible way and help you keep fitter as you go through life.

7-8pm Beginners Yoga for Fitness (Brixham Scala Hall) - Get fitter, increase your flexibility and strength, improve your balance and stretch out in a fun, friendly, accessible way. Go at your own pace to challenge yourself or to take it really easy building up fitness and experience as you go along. So you'll leave feeling fitter, stronger and good! Ideal for beginners or those returning to yoga.

 
 
 

Classes are suitable for all; from absolute beginners to long-time practitioners. 
Please note: If you have any medical issues which may significantly impact on your yoga practice , please let me know beforehand to discuss the best option for you.

GROUP SESSIONS

Are you interested in the health and wellbeing of your staff/ organisation or a group you belong to? Bespoke yoga, desk/chair yoga and/or mindfulness can be provided for groups to help keep your organisation/group fit, active, focused, relaxed and calm. And with more people working from home it’s increasingly important at this time to keep your staff well, motivated and upbeat.

Organising a Hen Do, girls’ weekend away or other get-together? Then design your own very special yoga event as we specialise in pampering sessions of special tailor-made yoga to your specifications, including yoga to uplift and energise, soothe, relaxation and can include essential oil spritz for a real treat.
